No. You can also place a service call on our website. Whichever is easiest for you. Please have your Equipment ID handy. You can find it on the 360DTI sticker on the front of your machine.

No. You can order staples from us anytime on our website or call us at 1.866.360.9697

After I place a Service Call, will someone call me with an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)?2018-03-03T05:59:27+00:00

Yes. A 360DTI Service Technician will call you within the hour of placing the service call and give you an ETA.

Can I rent copiers from you for a short term basis in addition to leasing options?2018-03-03T06:01:24+00:00

Yes. We have all high volume, low volume, Black/White and Color machines available for long term or short term. You can submit a request on our website or call 1.866.360.9697.

I am out of toner and don’t have any. Can I buy it at Office Depot or Staples?2018-03-03T06:03:43+00:00

Most models you CAN NOT. If you are in a pinch, please call us at 1.866.360.9697, as we maintain large inventory of supplies and will be able to help you.
We also suggest that when you’re installing your last toner always order a New Toner by submitting a request on our website or calling us at 1.866.360.9697.
